First
of all should thank you pals in visiting my blog and taking time in reading
this..
Like
every women I never had a teenage story to get proud of … “watched chitrahar,
soap operas” while mom cooks.
I
had a very packa village life. I do help mom in peeling onions, washing plates,
grinding coconut peel … not more than that :P. But compared to my cousins I did
nothing according to her family. For my maternal parents education has little
to do with family life, both education and cooking makes it centum.
My
mom she is a perfectionist. Her taste mmmm… I missed her cuisines while I was
abroad especially while got pregnant. Some of her curries like varutharacha
theeyal, ullikari, pavakka curry alone will be enough with rice.
I
started actually cooking for my husband, exactly the next day I landed in
Maldives. He is really creative, a 200% Foodie and helps me a lot while I prepare for my lectures. He decides daily menu and his combination works well. For
every man there should a woman in his success but I believe for every woman
there should be her man behind her success. My little man too keeps me busy in kitchen.
Now
back to India, staying home with my Master’s degree in law spending time with
my 6 + boy and the rest of time in cooking. I can’t guarantee here that I do
make wonders in kitchen, but thought of writing what I had learnt & still
learning for my foodie. J J J
